FTC offers quality USA made reproduction seat foam for both years of the BW350. The mold for this foam was made using the original seat, so the shape is just like the stock foam. It is a little bit higher density than the OEM foam as well, so it allows you to stay comfortable longer on these bikes.

This is the small filter cup that is installed under the cap on the bottom right side of the engine and catches oil impurities after the oil pump. The stock BW350 rear brake rod, Yamaha part number 2JN-27231-00-00, has been discontinued. We have exhausted our resources in finding a suitable replacement without having them made from scratch. However, we have determined that the BW200 rear brake rod can be made to work by extending it by about 1.5". We do not have a modified version of the rod available, but please visit the BW200 Common Parts page if you're up for the job and need a brake rod for your BW350.

FTC offers quality EBC Carbon X brake shoe sets for both years of the BW350. These kits include both shoes and are sold in sets for the front brake drum and rear brake drum. Please be sure to select the correct kit below.

FTC offers DMO Specialties intake manifolds for both years of the BW350. This kit replaces the discontinued original Yamaha carburetor mounting flange, part number 2JN-13586-00-00. Our kit includes a beautifully machined aluminum carburetor mounting flange, Boyesen rubber intake boot, required mounting O-ring and spacer, and the required bolts and tube clamps. If your carburetor mounting flange is dried out and cracked, this is the only way to go! It should be noted that the OEM carb does fit loosely on the rubber boot. We are using the recommended boot by the supplier, and have not yet found a better fitting boot at this time. For most folks, it has not been a problem.

FTC offers genuine Yamaha headlight bulbs for both years of the BW350. The Yamaha part number for this bulb is 21V-84314-00-XX, which replaces part number 21V-84314-00-00. In the event of a shortage, a quality aftermarket bulb may be substituted.

FTC offers quality aftermarket taillight bulbs for both years of the Yamaha BW350. This is a direct replacement for the now discontinued Yamaha part number 809-84714-00-00 and 54G-84514-00-00.

FTC offers quality aftermarket DC Plastics brand taillight lenses for both years of the Yamaha BW350. These parts are made just like the original, so they fit just right. The original Yamaha part number that these lenses replace is 4V5-84521-00-00. The lens does not include the mounting screws.

We stock replacement BW350 CDI modules. These digitally controlled modules replace the original Yamaha part number of 2JN-85540-M0-00, and they are built here in the US. These modules work with all BW350 models and plug right into the factory harness connections with factory color wires and original style connectors. However, please be aware that this part does not mount like original and will require being zip tied to the frame. Due to the way that everything is secured and molded into the case, they are far more durable than the original module and about $100 less than the factory module.

FTC offers NGK spark plugs for both years of the BW200. The NGK number for this plug is DR8EA.

FTC offers genuine Yamaha ignition coils for both years of the Yamaha BW350. The Yamaha part number for this coil is 4RP-82310-29-00, which replaces part number 2JN-82310-M0-00, and it makes use of your existing spark plug cap. The part shown to the left is similar to this part, but the secondary lead with the male bullet connector is not shown.

FTC offers repalcement keyed ignition switches for both years of the BW350. The original Yamaha switch, part number 2JN-82510-02-00, has been discontinued, but we were lucky enough to find another genuine Yamaha switch that works properly on these machines. The switch fits in the stock mounting hole, but the kicker is that the modular connectors are different between this switch and the stock part. The wire colors are the same though, so just cut off the connector on this switch and splice on the stock switch connector and it'll work properly.

FTC offers genuine Yamaha starter relays (also known as solenoids) for all Yamaha BW350 models. The Yamaha part number for this relay is 4KD-81940-00-00 and it comes with a new mounting boot.

The stock Yamaha BW350 handbar switch pod assembly, part number 2JN-83973-08-00, was recently discontinued, so we came up with an alternate solution. What we came up with is another genuine Yamaha switch that has the same functions, but does have some differences. Our switch has a different style modular connector, 3 wires of a different color, and a sliding ON/OFF switch that needs one wire moved to another terminal. We dare say that this is a job for those with at least a little bit of electrical experience, a soldering iron, and heat shrink. THIS IS NOT A PLUG-AND-PLAY PART, but a part that will have to be either spliced to the stock harness directly, or spliced to the stock switch's modular and bullet connectors. The table below shows which wires to connect to each other.

As mentioned above, there is one other discrepancy with this switch compared to the stock part. With the original BW350 switch, two wires are disconnected in the OFF position, but with our repalcement switch, before modification, the equivalent wires are connected in the OFF position. That means that for the switch to be labeled correctly, you must move the black/white stripe wire to the unused connection terminal on the internal switch block, as shown below. If you do not do this, the machine will remain ON when in the OFF position, which is a user hazard. Below we have a diagram showing exactly what needs to be moved.

FTC offers a clamp on aftermarket round mirror option for the BW350. Some states have started requiring mirrors for trail machines, so we have come up with a quick and easy solution. These offer a subdued look, and a ton of adjustability. It can be mounted on either the left or right side of the handlebars. This kit includes 1 mirror and mount.

FTC offers genuine Yamaha factory service manuals for both years of the BW350. The cover for this manual WILL look different than shown in our picture. This manual covers everything on these machines and is the exact same manual that a Yamaha service department uses when working on these machines. FTC offers front drive chains and sprocket replacement kits for all BW350 models. As the stock 530 size sprockets are no longer available and no other aftermarket alternatives are available, our kit converts the front chain drive system to a 520 size chain and includes a new steel front sprocket (engine mounted sprocket - stock 14 tooth size), replacement 16 tooth inner countershaft sprocket (17 tooth is stock), and a high-quality DID non-O-ring chain and master link (must be cut to length). Please be aware that this kit will give your machine a slightly higher top speed as the inner countershaft sprocket is 1 tooth smaller than stock.

The original rear sprocket for these bikes, Yamaha part number 2JN-25437-51-00, has been discontinued, and there are currently no direct bolt-on aftermarket rear drive sprocket available, so this is the solution. The original Yamaha chain guard for the BW350, part number 2JN-22310-00-00, has been discontinued, but we have been able to verify that the stock chain guard for the BW200 bolts right up! This part makes use of your stock mounting hardware (mounting hardware not included).
